MY TRIAL PHILOSOPHY = AGGRESSIVE COMPASSION
As the title says, I am determined to provide my personal injury and criminal clients with uncompromising aggressive professional legal representation. Those cases, where trial is a real possibility, I feel that aggressiveness is the one key element in providing effective legal services. In those legal disputes the other side is always focused on obtaining all of their objectives, which are usually to your detriment. Thus, your best defense is a strong aggressive offense. According, I combine my knowledge, experience, and resources with the aggressiveness needed to produce the best possible results.
I don't do real estate, wills or bankruptcy, so excluding my business clientele, most of my clients come to me because they're physically suffering from being hurt in an accident or emotionally suffering because they are facing criminal charges. That's why, in conjunction with my aggressiveness, I strive to provide my clients with compassion that is essential to an effective attorney-client relationship. Effective legal representation requires a complete openness, and an understanding of their needs emotionally as well as legally.

My business philosophy is simple. Serve each client fairly. Listen to the client, understand the client's goals, provide an educated assessment of the likelihood of success, the risks, the alternative approaches to resolving the issues and do these things in a timely and economic manner. And keep the client informed through each step of the process. I believe that personal involvement is the key to mutual success. It's a hands-on approach — not often available at larger, less intimate firms — designed to assist my clients in solving their legal problems and achieving their business goals. I am a seasoned strategist who can navigate my way around the negotiating table as well as the courtroom.
